Nova and her installer, Paul, were amazing. Nova was such a talent in helping design exactly what I envisioned aesthetically and what my husband wanted functionally. The shades are perfect. Nova and Paul were both prompt, and professional. I will use them for any needs we have in the future.

J Ross Shutters truly was Professional from start to finish. Measured correctly, ordered right the first time, arrived on time, and Installed perfectly. The show room is very nice. Owner is the Installer and not outsourced. I believe this is why it went so well. I did a couple of windows by another HD dealer and it was opposite from J Ross. Hunter Douglas Shutters really are still the Leader in the Industry. Be careful, if another Blind dealer offers multiple brands you might not be getting HD with its quality and warranty. HD shutters will increase the value of your home so worth it.
