Shout out to Justin! Small repair fixed and no questions about the manufacturer or warranty requirements! Just plain old over the top customer service! Thank Justin!

Nova and Justin are two of the nicest people that you could ever meet! They took care of every detail, and Justin's installation was perfection! We recommend them without reservation.
Patricia Hewitt
Very knowledgeable about the product.
Fast and very nice to work with.
Really love how the blinds look open and closed. I would definitely recommend.
Brenda Ashe
Very satisfied and happy with the total experience. From measuring and picking out the type I was wanting. All the different options I had to choose from. They’re exactly what I was wanting. Very professional and knowledgeable on their products. Everything was perfect.

Nova and her installer, Paul, were amazing. Nova was such a talent in helping design exactly what I envisioned aesthetically and what my husband wanted functionally. The shades are perfect. Nova and Paul were both prompt, and professional. I will use them for any needs we have in the future.

J Ross Shutters truly was Professional from start to finish. Measured correctly, ordered right the first time, arrived on time, and Installed perfectly. The show room is very nice. Owner is the Installer and not outsourced. I believe this is why it went so well. I did a couple of windows by another HD dealer and it was opposite from J Ross. Hunter Douglas Shutters really are still the Leader in the Industry. Be careful, if another Blind dealer offers multiple brands you might not be getting HD with its quality and warranty. HD shutters will increase the value of your home so worth it.
Photo below does not express how nice it looks. My photography is not good here.

J Ross Shutters and Blinds were a pleasure to work with! This was my first time purchasing window treatments so I was very uninformed when we started the process. Nova was very helpful and explained everything well. She made several trips to my home, and helped me choose the perfect window treatments for each room. The installation process was great! I am very happy!

Nova and Justin are exceptional managing the process of blind selection through installation. They know the business inside and out and strive to communicate often while setting expectations from beginning to finished project. Their installer Paul was exemplary too. We highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We had a very positive experience with J Ross Shutters and Blinds. Nova was always responsive to questions and very professional. Paul did a great job installing our shades and explaining how to operate them. We received the shades earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend using J Ross and Shutters!

We love our Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb Powerview shades! We can operate them with our remote control or from the app on our phone. Justin and Nova are very attentive to details and the whole process came together just like they described! We will definitely use them again with our next project.

We recently moved to Canton and wanted to add some blinds to our new home. I researched companies-some of which never responded or wanted to communicate through texting only. J Ross was very personable, prompt, and professional! We are so pleased with our new blinds! I highly recommend and we plan on using them again for more of their services! Beautiful blinds and high quality product!

Justin and Nova are wonderful people with a great business. They are hardworking and do wonderful work. Highly recommend them for plantation shutters or blinds. They did the plantation shutters in our home and I couldn’t be more pleased with them.
Denise Linton
We LOVE our plantation shutters from J Ross! Both Nova and Justin are fantastic - easy to work with, punctual, great communicators, great fit and clean installation! Plus they are terrific people. We have installed in our living room, dining room, and bathrooms and we keep calling them back for additional projects. I highly recommend them!
Krishanu Maity
Recently I used their service for shutter and blinds installation. They are very good people. Nova is excellent communicator, kept me updated with the process. Justin is very knowledgeable. He came twice to take the measurements and installed the shutters himself. I am happy with the outcome. I recommend them.
Michelle Gumpert
J Ross did an excellent job. I love my shutters! They were so polite and friendly as well reasonably priced. I would highly recommend! Thank you again..
Camille English
100% pleased with the whole process and end result from start to finish. Nova responded quickly to my request and Justin was scheduled to come out within just a few days. Justin was friendly, professional, and had great suggestions along with samples to see in my space. Once our order was placed he came back out to double-check the measurements and help me decide on a paint color for my shutters. He made the process very easy and gave different quotes for different options to better help in my decision making. He was back within a short 2-3 weeks to install our shutters and blinds. He did an excellent job and we are so pleased with our new window treatments. Highly recommend Justin and Nova for beautiful window treatments and excellent customer service.

This is the third home I’ve used J Ross Shutters and Blinds for plantation shutters and would not think about going anywhere else. The quality of the shutters and installation is impeccable and the pricing is very reasonable. The shutters are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier

We bought a new home and decided to go ahead and get shutters throughout the whole house. I met with three shutter companies and chose Justin for our house. His price was competitive and after the first meeting I felt like he definitely knew his business. I never do that size of a job without many questions that pop up. Justin and his wife Nova were so quick to respond and answer any questions and concerns we had. Justin and Nova came to do the install. They did a great job and left their workspace spotless. I can’t say the same for the contractors that were in the house just before them repairing a ceiling. I had shutters in my old house for 30 years but I’m loving this updated style. I would never hesitate to refer Justin and his team for the job. They were amazing through every step.

We had a great experience with J Ross Creations matching plantation shutters on a home we purchased. They arrived exactly when they said they would on each visit, the order arrived timely with great communication to us and Justin and his "little helper" were so courteous during the installation in our home. We thought pricing was very reasonable and the quality is excellent. We highly recommend J Ross Creations for your window covering needs.
