What areas do you serve?
Can I visit a showroom to see products in person?
Yes, we have two convenient locations in Canton and Cumming. You can explore a wide range of blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies, which allows you to easily compare products, view operating systems, and see colors, materials, and fabrics firsthand before you make a decision. We recommend contacting us prior to your visit to schedule a personal appointment with a member of our staff.
Where are your showrooms located?
We have two local showrooms: our Canton showroom, at 7768 Cumming Hwy Ste 400, Canton, GA 30115, and our Cumming showroom at 1654 MarketPlace Blvd., Cumming, GA 30041.
Our business hours at both locations are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How do I book a consultation?
Scheduling a free consultation is simple. Contact us by phone or complete the online contact form to request an appointment, and we will schedule at your convenience. During your in-person consultation, an experienced team member will discuss your goals, take measurements, and help you explore options that fit your style, budget, and space.
Do you bring product examples to consultations?
Absolutely. During your free consultation, your design consultant will show you a variety of samples so that you can compare colors, materials, textures, and operating options in your own home or business. You can also visit our showrooms to view full-sized product displays and samples before making a final decision.
Is financing available for window treatment orders?
Yes, we offer convenient financing options for qualified customers, helping you budget for investments like custom shutters, blinds, or motorized shade products.
Do you serve residential and commercial customers?
Yes, we offer full design consultation, measurement, and installation services for both homes and commercial spaces.
Who will handle the measurement and installation of my window treatments?
We never outsource measuring and installing products. Our owner or one of our trained team members conducts all measurements and installations to ensure a seamless, high-quality result.
How does the ordering process work for custom plantation shutters?
Our team will conduct an in-person consultation to discuss your functional needs and design goals, take double-checked precision measurements of the window frames, and help you select paint or stain colors. We then build the shutters to order to ensure a perfect fit.
Are you able to accommodate unique or non-standard window sizes and shapes?
Yes, we understand that many homes feature specialized window shapes and non-standard dimensions, which is why we conduct in-home consultations to take precision measurements. Our products are built to spec, which means we can design and install treatments for almost any window configuration.
How does PowerView® Automation work for motorized blinds and shades?
PowerView® Automation allows you to control motorized blinds and shades from the PowerView app, with physical remotes, or with voice control if you have a smart home system like Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. This feature eliminates dangling cords, enables automated scheduling to optimize heat gain/loss for optimal energy efficiency, provides enhanced privacy, and creates a lived-in security appearance while you are away from home.
What types of custom blind materials and designs can I choose from?
We offer a vast selection of custom blinds, including genuine wood, aluminum, blackout, vertical, Venetian, roller, and cordless options, all of which can be tailored to your specific décor preferences and budget.
How do I get replacement parts or schedule a repair?
If your window treatments need repair or you’re looking for replacement parts—whether they’re covered under warranty or not—just contact our team. We will help you find the best solution, answer questions about warranty coverage, and assist you with ordering the correct parts or scheduling a repair service.
How are drapes different from curtains?
While they are similar, there are a few key distinctions. Drapes are floor-length, whereas curtains generally cover the windowsill but may not go to the floor. Drapes tend to be made from thicker fabric and therefore require heavier-duty rods and brackets for adequate support. This also gives them a more formal appearance. Curtains are often lighter weight than drapes and may be made from sheer fabrics, which tend to give a room a more relaxed, informal atmosphere.
How can I tell how much UV protection, privacy, light control, and overall energy efficiency my window treatments are providing?
We can provide you with a general guide based on the products you have in place. Many of the products we carry are designed with energy efficiency in mind, particularly Hunter Douglas products.
